- Returns and Exchanges
- If you would like to return your purchase for a refund, please let us know at email@example.com.
- Items on sale can be returned for online store credit only. Exchanges are processed on a case by case basis.
- Within 14 days after purchase, all full price jewelry in an unworn condition can be returned for a full refund or exchanged for a new item, subject to availability. Please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help you find your perfect piece.
- Under certain conditions, for orders that are older than 14 days from the date of purchase, returns may be processed for online store credit only. Email us at email@example.com for details.
- Holiday Returns and Exchanges: Please note we will extend the exchange and return window for holiday gifts. Please let us know by January 5th, 2017 if you would like to exchange or return a purchase given or received over the holiday period. Items must be unworn and will not qualify for a return if damaged. After the extended window, gifts may be exchanged for online store credit only.
- Refunds and store credit do not include shipping costs (if applicable).
- Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 5 business days from the date the package arrives at our office. You will be notified via email when the return or exchange processing has been completed.
- Returns can only be issued to the Credit Card or PayPal account used to make the original order. If you received a gift that you would like to return, we can do so for store credit only.
- Dualitas does not cover the cost of returns and exchanges from the customer back to our office.
- We recommend that you add tracking to your return as Dualitas is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

- Dualitas will cover the shipping cost of your first exchange back out to you. All further exchanges will be charged to the customer.

- How do I care for my Dualitas product?
- Each piece of Dualitas jewelry is uniquely handcrafted and thus fragile. We suggest applying all scents, creams, and cosmetics before putting on your jewelry.
- To care for your jewelry, clean with a soft cloth or the included jewelry pouch, and keep each individual piece in its own jewelry pouch or gift box.
- To ensure a perfect fit, check the closures and fittings periodically.
- Giving your jewelry a break every now and then is also a great way to preserve its beauty. If you are planning to wear your ring everyday, we recommend picking a style with brushed or hammered finishing to elongate wear. Plated rings will begin to show wear as you live in the product.
- Please note that each gemstone is unique and may slightly differ from the product image you see on our website.
- Warranty: We will make every effort to repair or replace a broken item purchased within the last (6) months on Dualitas.com. Please note, our jewelry is made with plated metal which may show wear through regular use. We are unable to repair or replace jewelry with this type of natural wear.
