    LEAD-TIME:

    • We have a two-month turnaround from the day your order is placed.

     

    COST & BILLING:

    • It’s only an extra $50+ our standard online prices for semi-precious or precious stones.
    • We request a 50% non-refundable deposit once your order is placed.
    • You will be charged for the difference upon receipt of order.
    • We do not offer returns and exchanges on custom-orders.
